Privacy
CrmWare (the data controller) is committed to handling your data honestly. This notice explains what we store, why, for how long, and how to have it removed.
What we store
- Contact leads. When you submit the form or book a call, we store your name, email, and anything you tell us, to respond and follow up. Legal basis: your consent.
- Ask CrmWare conversations (when the assistant is live). Every conversation is stored for analysis so we can improve our guidance and follow up where relevant, whether or not you become a lead. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Don’t share confidential information with the assistant.
How long we keep it
- Leads: up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted.
- Raw conversation transcripts: 90 days.
- Derived, redacted conversation analysis (aggregate patterns, PII stripped): up to 24 months.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or object to processing at any time. Email dataprivacy@crmware.pt.
Who processes your data
Current service providers:
- Sanity (public website content)
- Vercel (hosting)
- Salesforce (leads)
- Resend (email)
- Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on the contact form; processes your IP address)
- Upstash (rate-limiting on the contact form; stores a hashed form of your IP address)
- Google Calendar (booking)
- Plausible (privacy-friendly analytics)
When the assistant is live, this list also includes our LLM provider and the CrmWare-owned conversation database.
